Using launchsoku
You may use launchsoku to evaluate, purchase, and operate the launch foundation described on the site. You are responsible for the content you submit, the configurations you choose, and the way your team uses the service.

Terms of Service
These terms explain how launchsoku is offered, what the service includes, and the limits that apply when you use launchsoku.io.
Accounts and access
When access is gated, you agree to provide accurate contact and company information. Do not share credentials, bypass access controls, or use another customer's account without permission.
Billing and cancellations
If you subscribe to a paid plan, charges are based on the plan or usage terms presented at checkout. Cancellations stop future billing, but previously charged fees are not refundable unless we say otherwise in writing.
Service changes
- We may update features, limits, or pricing as the product evolves.
- We may suspend access for abuse, illegal activity, or security risk.
- We may publish product changes, maintenance windows, or policy updates on the site.
Liability
launchsoku is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim indirect, incidental, and consequential damages and limit liability to the amount you paid for the service in the previous twelve months.
